With performances by Imagine Dragons, H.E.R. and Chris Stapleton this sold out show was streamed live to the YouTube masthead and all Walmart socials. I produced the stage show and live broadcast of this inaugural festival hosted by Rob Gronkowski and Camille Kostek.

As the coordinating producer for one of the DNCC’s main remote broadcast facilities I managed remote records across the country. This included a very tight schedule, resource allocation, client management, and mass file upload. We recorded 28+ segments in one day from across the country fully remote on prosumer kits.

First as production manager and stage manager, then as field producer and three years as coordinating producer building a rundown for 6.5 hours of commercial free content and 20+ deliverables. I take the building blocks provided and assemble the most interesting show possible while putting together briefs for field teams, tracking deliverables and finding compelling content on the fly. Formula E Is BACK In New York City

Formula E wanted to mark its post covid return to NYC by driving one of their race cars through Times Square. I produced 5 camera coverage in the square including a russian arm car. We also delivered live monitoring of all shots. I supervised post production as we created 3 different packages and distributed footage for press release.

This show raised millions for the World Health Organization and was streamed live to YouTube for 72 hours. In addition to writing the contract, I worked with Warner Music to build a rundown, manage content, lock in air times for each package, graphic assets, special celebrity appearances and crew rotation. I then worked the night shifts operating a playback system and technical directing.
Streamed live to European Union facebook, YouTube (Multi-lingual), and UN TV. I scouted and selected the venue, wrote contract, secured crew, created rundown, designed set and produced on location. This stream featured world leaders coming together to discuss the experience of women in conflict zones.
